Abstract

Resistance training is a common component of sports and physical fitness programs for children. Resistance training programs may include the use of weight of the body, medical balls, bands and ropes, dumbbells and barbells. In recent years, the problem of resistance exercises during childhood has been discussed by many researchers. All researchers have had a similar view of the impact of these exercises on muscular strength, but there are different views on the role of these exercises on sports performances and some researchers have shown the effect of resistance exercises on some of the cardiovascular, bone density, body composition, and physical impairment but the main problem is the potential damage caused by the use of these exercises, which made some physicians, coaches and parents worried about. In this regard, researchers are looking at how to reduce the damage to resistance training by designing a special exercise for this course of life.
